Née en 1987, Audrey Faulot vit en région parisienne. Après avoir enseigné au collège et au lycée, elle est aujourd’hui maîtresse de conférences à l’université de Nanterre, où elle fait découvrir la littérature des Lumières aux étudiants. Elle se consacre par ailleurs à l’écriture de romans pour la jeunesse, avec tout d’abord La Clé des champs (Gallimard Jeunesse, 2021), lauréat du concours du premier roman décerné par Gallimard Jeunesse, RTL et Télérama, un premier texte qui s’est imposé comme un classique moderne. Elle aime à mêler aventures, humour, tendresse et fantaisie, pour aborder de grands thèmes comme les relations familiales et amicales, l’émancipation des enfants et des adolescents, ainsi que la conquête de la joie de vivre. Audrey Faulot revient en librairie avec un nouveau roman junior dès la rentrée 2025.

NEW AUTHOR IN THE AGENCY: WELCOME TO AUDREY FAULOT

Born in 1987, Audrey Faulot lives in the Paris region. After teaching in secondary schools, she is now a lecturer at Nanterre University, where she introduces students to Enlightenment literature. She also devotes herself to writing children’s novels, starting with La Clé des champs (Gallimard Jeunesse, 2021), winner of the Gallimard Jeunesse, RTL and Télérama debut novel competition, and already a modern classic. She likes to combine adventure, humor, tenderness and fantasy, to address major themes such as family and friendship relationships, the emancipation of children and teenagers, and the conquest of joie de vivre. Audrey Faulot will be back with a new middle grade novel in August 2025.
